Kasey Newbold teaching pastor

Kasey attended Kentucky Christian University and graduated with a degree in Youth and Family Ministry. He returned to Indy to serve as the Associate, and then Director of Student Ministries at Post Road Christian church for six years.

God began to share glimpses of what He dreamed for Mosaic with Kasey and Lisa in the fall of 2005. After 2 years of prayer and preparation Mosaic held its first Sunday gathering on September 9, 2007. Kasey has served as the teaching pastor since Mosaic’s launch.

Lisa also attended Kentucky Christian University studying elementary education. She taught at two preschools before taking on her toughest job as a full-time mom and ‘put-er upper’ with Kasey.

In February of 2006 God blessed Kasey and Lisa with the adoption of their first daughter, Sojourn. Shortly after this He would bless them again with the birth of their second daughter, Adia, in December of 2006. In November of 2009 God laughed maniacally as Kasey and Lisa welcomed their twin sons Asher and Toviah into the world.

Kasey and Lisa celebrated their 11th anniversary on December 31, 2010 and realized that they are more in love today than when they first said “I do.” While often embarrassing her, Kasey is quick to make sure that the world knows she is the hottest thing God ever made besides the sun itself.

Kasey has an absurd addiction to great music (and no, country does not fall into that category) and orange Faygo. Lisa is an amazing photographer with a talent and passion for capturing life as it happens. Both would agree that some of the best times in life are spent laughing with good friends (usually at Kasey’s expense) and they are both excited to see how God will continue to work in and through them for His glory.
